We are currently accepting orders from US only. All orders are processed and shipped 12-48 hours after the order has been placed Monday-Friday.
All items are carefully packed and shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We use the provided USPS carrier shipping boxes and custom recycled boxes.
Although in a very extremely rare occasion, at times a recycled poly mailers with either plastic or reusable biodegradable cello bags may be used (for additional protection from the items from being damaged or wet, etc.). We do our best as a company to provide sustainable shipping.
Maiden Posh is NOT responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or refused shipment. Claims for such can be made directly with USPS using the provided tracking number.
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Maiden Posh is not responsible for parcels shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the shipping address is correct prior to completing the purchase at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to file any claims through USPS for redelivery or re-routing as well as any costs incurred.
