A cloud of lined mint chiffon cascades from fitted, pleated (accordian styled) bodice. Banded and bowed waist flows into tight pleats and 3 layers of billowy bottom ruffles. Spaghetti strap dress. Fully lined. Chest length high/low cape is optional to add a touch of sophistication. This is in very good vintage condition with no major flaws to note, except for few very faint/small untreated stain on the bottom of the ruffles (not noticeable when worn).
Brand is Miss Elliott’s.
