8. Additional Details: This gorgeous dress was actually worn by a contestant for the Miss Washington DC-USA Pageant in the 90s. Has a slit on the front and a slight train on the back of the dress.
9. Condition: Excellent condition with no major flaws to note. It appear to be one loose rhinestone threading on front of the bodice of the dress. The dress can accomadate larger bust sizes, since it has a low back.
