Condition & Additional Details:  excellent vintage condition with no major flaws to note.  This is a pullover dress with functioning zipper on the back.  The bottom portion is a quilted skirt with tulle netting under the skirt.  The top portion of the dress is a velvet bodice.  Semi puff sleeves.
