CONDITION & ADDITIONAL DETAILS: This is a beautiful 70s novelty with cigar, heels, and cocktail drink prints. In excellent condition with no major flaws to note except for 2 faint stains (they were hard to catch due to the busy print; please view photos carefully). The halter top is a tie around the neck and has a zipper on the back. Also has a belt tie.
