CONDITION & ADDITIONAL DETAILS: In very good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. This is a pullover dress with functioning zipper on the back. Has a gorgeous empire waist and comes with matching belt tie. The bottom of the dress has different wave length (please see photo), which makes it unique and very flowy overall. Also has balloon sleeves. Love this dress!
